To be eligible to apply, instructional applicants must be covered under the Broward Teachers Union collective bargaining agreement and are ineligible to apply for National Board Certification (NBC) because there is no NBC subject area and/or applicant would not qualify for the Dale Hickam Excellent Teaching Program. The applicant must also have effective evaluations in Broward County for the previous 3 years of continuous service.
